A private yacht as a corporate venue works because it solves the two problems of Istanbul corporate events: finding somewhere that isn’t a hotel conference room, and having all attendees in one place without half the group splitting off to their own plans. For teams of up to 12, the yacht does both in one booking.
Typical format: 3-hour late afternoon or evening booking. The first hour is cocktails and networking on the open deck, the second is dinner or a catered buffet while the boat passes through the main Bosphorus landmarks, the third is dessert and closing remarks as the boat returns. Many groups use part of the middle for a short presentation or toasts — the cabin has a small screen that can connect via HDMI if needed.
What’s included in the base rate: the yacht, crew, soft drinks, Turkish canapés, and basic corporate setup (whiteboard or screen if requested). Extras priced separately: full catering (Turkish, Mediterranean, or specific dietary requirements), alcoholic beverage package, branded welcome gifts placed at each seat, live musician for ambient, photography for internal or PR use, and customized printed menus with your company branding.
Who this is for: small team offsites (4–12), client dinners, launch events, end-of-project celebrations. For larger corporate groups, contact us about multi-boat or different-size vessel options. For strictly social events, the birthday party setup has the same structure with less formality.
